We are being asked to deliver leaflets for property companies seeking property at below market value and are happy to do so.

We understand the market and can offer a shared delivery service where we deliver non competing leaflets together - This means your leaflet will not be delivered with another BMV leaflet. Therefore, we seek investors who want to develop particular markets. We currently have shared availability in:

Gravesend (38,000)
Larkfield (12,000)
Maidstone (40,000)
Sittingbourne (?)
Tonbridge (14,000)
Tunbridge Wells (24,000)

BLACK indicates - Shared delivery not available
RED indicates - Shared delivery is available

We deliver to all properties in the delivery areas (number of properties as shown) on a 6 week rota, so opportunities exist for property investors to have their leaflet delivered exclusively 8 times/year.

We can print and delivery your leaflets (hence no VAT) very competitively. We will arrange everything - You just need to let us have a pdf of your leaflet and your payment, you then contact and follow up your leads. You will get a weekly report emailed of where your leaflets are delivered to.
